Please review the desciption box for each product. Please note, this tracker must be used in Google Drive through the Google Sheets Application. If you try to download the file and use Microsoft Excel, the formatted cells will lose most of its functions and will not be displayed correctly.

All products in my shop are digital resources and once purhcased, are delivered electronically. Unlike a physical product, a digital resource after it's been downloaded or accessed cannot be returned. For that reason, all sales of digital resources on this site are considered final and nonrefundable.

I understand that things don't always go as planned and so I can offer refunds in a few limited circumstances:

• Misrepresentation- A resource preview and/or description misrepresents what is actually contained in the resource. (Requests are subject to review.)
  Example: My product description states it is compatible for 10 students but instead only accomodates 5 students.
• Compromised Resource File- A resource file is damaged or is missing content.
  Example: The file is not included in the download.

If your purchase falls into one of these categories, you can submit a refund request by emailing me at lashaymamuya@gmail.com. Please be sure to include in your request: the resource name and your concerns, along with any specific examples or details you might have. Screenshots welcome!

Refunds must be requested 30 days from date of purchase!
