To begin with, I’ve used this weekly planner for quite a while before I decided to sell it. I created this tool because it actually works, unlike the planners we buy from Staples and everything I need is all in one place, literally, and it’s permanent, if you don’t delete it. Unlike hard copies that can be misplaced, exposed to students or other people, and becomes overwhelming because it stacks up, this is real digital weekly planner and to-do, created using Google Sheets, not Google Slides. If you are not familiar with Google Sheets or Excel and don’t know much about spreadsheets, don’t let this scare you away. You will actually be quite impressed by how easy it is to use and how addicting it becomes to check off all your to-do list items and keep track of your week.
I am a digital expert and I make it my priority to make teaching easy. Get rid of all the paper and go paperless! This Digital Weekly Planner + To Do can be re-used EVERY YEAR and you NEVER need to print a document again to stay organized. It is created to be used for an Academic School year with 40 weeks worth of planning. Just pull up this Google Excel Sheet and you are good to go! If you’d like to add anything else to it to fit your needs, it is EDITABLE! Please note, this Digital Weekly Planner + To Do must be used in Google Drive through the Google Sheets Application. If you try to download the file and use Microsoft Excel, the formatted cells will lose most of its functions and will not be displayed correctly.
How to Use:
All of the directions for how to use this file are in the spreadsheet on the first tab. When you download this file, you will notice 2 tabs including instructions. The first one is a page full of directions. Read them carefully to learn about things you should keep in mind about how to use the product.
