Welcome to the baddest Special Education Dashboard you ever did see π
I've heard you. Over and over. And I finally built it. Everything your caseload needs, in one connected system.
I built this because I needed it too β and I can't wait for you to have it in your hands.
Introducing the Special Education Dashboard β a full caseload management system built specifically for special ed teachers and case managers, so you can stop juggling five different documents and finally have one place where everything lives and talks to each other.
Here's What's Included:
This system is fully loaded with 10 tabs:
π Dashboard β your command center. Pick a student, and their whole picture pulls up automatically β goals, meetings, accommodations, communication history, all in one glance.
π Student Lookup β a full single-student profile, perfect for pulling up right before a meeting.
π At a Glance β your entire caseload as visual cards, side by side, so you can spot who needs attention without digging through tabs.
π Progress Monitoring β the real engine of the system. Log goals, objectives, and check-in scores, and watch progress bars and trend charts update themselves as you go.
π Special Ed Meetings β a clean, fillable notes card for every single meeting, so nothing gets lost after the fact.
π Meeting Scheduler β log a meeting once, and it automatically shows up on a real, visual calendar. No double entry.
π©Ί Related Services & π Accommodations β every service and accommodation, organized by student, always at your fingertips.
β Weekly To-Do β a task list built for how busy your week actually is, with automatic overdue and upcoming flags.
π Communication Log β every parent contact, logged and searchable, with stat tiles so you can see your communication patterns at a glance.
Please note, this tracker must be used on Google Sheets. Please make sure you have a Google Drive Account. If you have a gmail account, then you have access to Google Drive! Please note, if you try to use the spreadsheet outside of Google Sheets for example, on Microsoft Excel, the formatted cells will not be displayed or function correctly. You may also lose the coding and formulas to put the spreadsheet together.
All of the directions for how to use this tracker are in the spreadsheet on the first tab. When you download this file, you will notice three tabs. The first one is a page full of directions. Read them carefully. There are rows and columns on the Google sheet that you must not touch. Those rows calculate your data for you. The rest of the directions will help you understand how to set up your own tracker. It is a very quick process.
I hope you enjoy this resource as much as I do! If you have any questions, please donβt hesitate to ask me! Check out my other digital tracker used for tracking formative assessments.
